By accessing or using the Tripswallah website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all travelers, clients, and visitors of Tripswallah.

2. Booking and Payments
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the initial deposit and issuance of a confirmation voucher. 50% of the total tour cost is required at booking, with the balance due 15 days before departure.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges apply based on the timeline before departure:
- 30+ Days: 10% charge.
- 15-30 Days: 50% charge.
- Less than 15 Days: 100% charge (No Refund).
4. Liability
Tripswallah acts as an agent for transport and hotel providers. While we ensure high standards, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party service providers or natural calamities.
